technical & Quality Assistant
McColgan’s are currently recruiting for both Technical and Quality Assistants. The successful candidates will maintain, control and improve the quality standards throughout the organisation.

NPD Technologist
McColgan’s are looking for someone who has a passion for food and new product development. The candidate should be a positive, energetic and committed individual who is highly motivated and has excellent communication skills.
Third level qualification or similar practical experience in a similar role is required.
Continuous Improvement Facilitator
The successful candidate will mentor and coach Operatives and Team-Leaders within the company to drove the continuous improvement of operations. The CI Facilitator will over-see projects which will have the aim to reduce downtime, reduce waste and production optimisation.
