Loved for generations, McColgan’s is a family business, now in its 3rd generation, and today McColgan’s are the largest producer of savoury pastry-based products in Ireland, famous for their much loved quality sausage rolls, quiches and family pies, and are driven by a passion for family and making memories through good food.

At McColgan’s we are proud to be the largest producer of own label and branded Sausage Rolls,
Quiches and Pies across the Island of Ireland and beyond. We produce
products for all of the major retailers across GB and Ireland with a
growing customer base across Europe. Not all of our products leave here
individually wrapped to be served on a shelf. We also provide food for
schools, hotels, canteens, and others through our foodservice
channel. Baked or unbaked, fresh or frozen, we have a savoury pastry
product to meet every need.
