NPD Technologist
McColgan’s are looking for someone who has a passion for food and new product development. The candidate should be a positive, energetic and committed individual who is highly motivated and has excellent communication skills. </span>
Third level qualification or similar practical experience in a similar role is required.

The successful candidate will mentor and coach Operatives and Team-Leaders within the company to drove the continuous improvement of operations. The CI Facilitator will over-see projects which will have the aim to reduce downtime, reduce waste and production optimisation.
